My medicolegal work is reflective of my ongoing NHS practice. I regularly treat hand trauma , lower limb trauma, nerve injuries, and scars. Children’s surgery is part of my regular NHS practice. I have undertaken level 3 child safeguarding training.
I provide:
- An up-to date expert report supported by available evidence, with an opinion that is objective, mature, and balanced
- A report that is succinct, focused, and analytical, with an assessment of the consequences of the injury, prognosis and future risk
- An appreciation of the implications of, and compliance with, the reforms carried out by Lord Justice Jackson
- The majority of reports are completed within two weeks of the appointment*, correspondence or requests for amendment are dealt with promptly
- My fees can be downloaded from this website
*I am primarily an NHS clinician working a on call rota including weekends. The vast majority of reports are completed in this time frame, but when NHS clinical demands are at peak, or if the issue is complex and nuanced, it may take longer to produce a report. (I appreciate the demands placed upon the instructing solicitor: if this is unacceptable please choose one of the many surgeons no longer working in the NHS.)
